This policy is designed to protect property owners, respect clients’ time and ensure that every viewing is conducted with professionalism, preparation and purpose.
VIEWING POLICY
At Find Your Realty, property viewings are conducted differently from those offered by traditional real estate agencies.
Our objective is not to maximize the number of viewings, but to ensure that each property is presented to genuinely interested and suitably qualified prospective buyers.
Not every property is suitable for every buyer. Our process is designed to ensure that viewings are purposeful, efficient and respectful of all parties involved.
PRIOR APPOINTMENT REQUIRED
All property viewings are arranged strictly by prior appointment.
Before confirming a viewing, prospective purchasers may be invited to participate in a brief introductory conversation. This allows us to better understand their requirements, answer initial questions and determine whether the property is likely to be a suitable match.
VIEWING APPOINTMENTS
Private viewing appointments start from €50 (taxes included).
The final fee may vary depending on the property type, location, travel requirements and the arrangements necessary to organise the viewing.
The viewing appointment includes:
- Travel time and associated expenses
- Preparation and review of the property file
- Scheduling and coordination with property owners or occupants
- A dedicated private viewing of up to 30 minutes
- Professional advice provided during the appointment
The viewing appointment fee is independent of any future transaction and does not form part of the purchase price.
Property viewings are conducted exclusively for prospective purchasers who have a genuine interest in the property and wish to evaluate its suitability in a professional environment.
PAYMENT METHODS
The viewing fee must be paid in advance.
Payment may be made securely via:
- Bizum
- Bank Transfer
- Stripe
Once payment has been received, an invoice will be issued and the viewing appointment will be confirmed.
