Find Your Realty is a real estate agency in the Principality of Andorra offering professional services in real estate advice and consulting, brokerage in sales and investment, and comprehensive real estate management.
This processing is governed by Law 29/2021, of 28 October, qualified, on the protection of personal data (LQPD) and its implementing regulation, Decree 391/2022, of 28 September, under the supervision of the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades – APDA). Where we direct services to users located in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) may additionally apply on an extraterritorial basis.
The following Privacy Statement explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, the legal basis for doing so, how long we keep it and how you can control it.
I. Types of collected information
The information you voluntarily and consciously provide through the online forms on our website, or during a phone call or visit to our office, depends solely on what you expressly provide.
The data required to handle information requests usually includes the contact person’s name, email address and, sometimes, a contact telephone number.
Once initial contact has been established, we may request further information, such as your nationality, the reason for your request, the purpose of the purchase or sale, and the channel through which you contacted us (press, real estate portals, search engines or referrals). This information allows us to provide a better service and experience.
As a regulated obliged entity under Law 14/2017, of 22 June, on the prevention of and fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, when real estate transaction negotiations begin we will request your identification information and documentation from the outset. You will be asked to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) client-identification questionnaire and to provide information on the origin of the funds for the purchase, investment or rental of the property concerned. The security and traceability of all transactions is paramount.
Where necessary, we may request additional information strictly to comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements.
You always have the right to refuse to provide identification and documentary data, but the consequence may be that we are unable to establish or continue the business relationship or to execute the operation, and that we are required to assess the submission of a Suspicious Operation Report (DOS) to the Financial Intelligence Unit of Andorra (UIFAND).

II. Legal basis for the processing
We process your data on the following legal bases: your consent (e.g. contact forms, commercial communications, non-essential cookies); the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request; compliance with our legal obligations, in particular under anti-money-laundering and tax legislation; and our legitimate interest in managing enquiries and ensuring the security of the website.
III. Retention periods
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Enquiry and contact data: for the time needed to handle your request and, thereafter, during the applicable limitation periods.
- Client and transaction data subject to AML/CFT obligations: retained for 10 years, in accordance with the document-retention obligation imposed on obliged subjects by Law 14/2017, of 22 June.
- Accounting and tax data: for the period required by the applicable legislation.
- Data processed on the basis of consent: until you withdraw your consent.
IV. We protect your information
Find Your Realty applies strict security policies to protect your data, which is processed with restricted access. Find Your Realty adopts the technical and organisational security measures required by the LQPD and Decree 391/2022 to prevent the loss, alteration, misuse, unauthorised access or theft of the data you provide.
Find Your Realty will not provide or transfer your personal information to third parties without your prior express consent, unless required by law or where disclosure is strictly necessary to protect our rights or the rights of third parties.
V. Collection of personal information
When you visit our website and express your wish to receive information about a property or service, we will request specific information from you (see “Types of collected information”) through our online forms, where available. We will use your identifying data to respond to your requests and, where you have expressly requested it, to inform you in the future about other properties or services, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

You may exercise the following rights recognised by the LQPD: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
You may exercise these rights by sending a written communication to info@findyourrealty.com, attaching a copy of an identity document. You can change your preferences at any time.
Where a request concerns data that we are legally required to retain (in particular under AML/CFT legislation), the right to erasure may be limited for the duration of that obligation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable legislation.
IX. Minors
Our website and services are directed at adults. In accordance with the LQPD, the processing based on consent of data of minors under 16 years of age requires the authorisation of the holder of parental authority or guardianship.
